Founder & Managing Director

Luis Heymann is the founder and Managing Director of Finest Selection. He was born in Germany and moved to Mallorca in 1991. Luis held various management positions in Spain, the UK and the Americas. With over 20 years of international marketing and sales management he has developed an exceptional understanding and anticipation of customer needs and is a highly-respected expert in international property marketing.

Luis Heymann controls all the business and marketing activities and deals personally with clients in the area of residential and commercial properties as well as international luxury property investments.

Antonio Escamilla

Managing Partner

Antonio Escamilla born in Castilla de la Mancha started working for Finest Selection Mallorca in 2006 and is responsible for the management of local business activities, marketing, client liaison and support for the Spanish market. Antonio brings a wealth of marketing experience to the business and thanks to his knowledge of the English language and culture, our English speaking clients are in good hands with him.

Markus Dirheimer is responsible for local sales activities. He coordinates the team of consultants and deals personally with buyers and sellers. Sales Manager

Katharina is in charge of sales and providing any information that may be required about the property, as well as legal and tax issues. Before and during the transfer of property, she is responsible for coordinating all the dates for visits, appointments with banks, lawyers and notaries. And after completion of the sale, she looks after all your concerns, including property management and concierge service.

Tobias Bjerlander's background is hotel management, although he has now found his new vocation in the property sector. Thanks to his language skills he deals mainly with our Scandinavian or English speaking clients.
