The south-east – charming and unspoilt

Although this region offers a wide range of high-quality leisure options, it has been spared from mass tourism and its main distinguishing feature is the magnificent, unspoilt landscape.

Llucmajor, the largest municipality on the island, stretches all the way from Playa de Palma down south to the Caribbean-like beach of Es Trenc. Property prices in idyllic villages like Campos, Felanitx and the seaside villages of Santanyí, Portocolom and Cala Dor, are still relatively low, despite the excellent location and facilities. Locals and residents from elsewhere live mainly in houses in the country and apartments on the coast, at one with nature and the charming surroundings.
